Together!
The two Sister Anne’s collaborated with a team of brothers of Taizé and young adult volunteers
to prepare a gathering of young people in Rome, which included
an ecumenical prayer vigil in St. Peter’s Square on 30 September.
This coincided with the opening of the Synod.
The preparation time was a powerful experience of synodality in practice
where “really doing things together” was the guiding principle.
Our moments of listening, sharing, prayer and gatherings
moved, questioned and even amazed us…
The time of prayer in Saint Peter’s Square was a joyful moment of hope:
the Kingdom of God is here!
Around the world, many of our sisters joined in the prayer
thanks to TV networks and channels!
Strengthened by this initial enthusiasm, together,
we continue to bring this initiative to the common prayer
