Tuesday September 12: A joyful day in Ameugny!
During evening prayer, Hélène was welcomed into the novitiate.
After a year of postulancy at Ameugny, which enabled her to get to know our congregation as well as our mission in Taizé a little better, Hélène decided to take the next step. She thus received the cross of the congregation that signifies her membership in it. Three sisters from our community in Lyon came along for the occasion: celebrating together is always invigorating for everyone, and so the more the better!
This year, we’ll be taking part in 2 “internoviciates”: the Ignatian one with 2 novices of the Society of Helpers, and the more mainstream one in Chevilly-la-Rue (a suburb of Paris), at the Spiritan welcome center. Lots of great encounters in store! To be continued…
