After eight centuries in the Tournai region, we are preparing for our next step: our move to Schaerbeek (Brussels) in the spring of 2026 and the sale of the motherhouse building at Ramegnies-Chin. Thanks to a collaboration with the Fabrique d’Eglise de St Piat in Tournai and the Pôle muséal et culturel de l’Université de Liège, our museum will be located in Tournai and will be open to the public.

Before packing our bags, we wished to share a moment of celebration with our acquaintances from Tournai and its surrounding area. On the afternoons of 17 and 18 May, our house was filled with former students and employees, students and families from the current school, neighbours, members of local parishes, colleagues, friends… a witness to the richness of the relationships we have forged over our years at Ramegnies-Chin.

There were several activities to discover over the course of the afternoon: 3 workshops on the history of Saint Andrew (past, present and future), a guided tour of our museum, a trail game, a coffee and conversation corner, a wall of expression and an area for interiority, meaning that everyone was able to find something to their taste.

Thank you to everyone who came!
